Once you have Johara in your group at campsite, keep trying to talk to her from time to time (by long-pressing 
on her). She'll give you a quest named "The Family Condition". Start that quest and choose "Travel" option in Johara's menu. She'll take you on a boat to their family estate. It's a completely different / isolated location which doesn't even show a map. Once there, Johara will ask you to find 2 ritual items and then 1 focus item. Once you return with the latter, you'll have to fight some enemies and then one boss. Afterwards, you'll return to the campsite, some conversation will happen and this achievement should pop.
p.s. If Johara is not giving that quest to you, try talking to Luca and see if he gives you the quest "In Safe Hands". That quest might be a prerequisit for Johara's quest.

The, Pants, Party
The Cerith family saga is a series of two Sapper side-quests in the game. First, complete "In Safe Hands" which is given by Luca in Wanderer's Rest, then complete "The Family Condition" which is given by Johara after completing the previous quest and unlocking the Wisdom's Edge hamlet. These quests are pointed out in the guide linked in the Road Map. All quests in this game are extremely linear and everything you need is pointed out on the map.
