You need to protect your pilgrims from the waves of icicles that the boss fires off, which generally follow the same pattern - a shower from above followed by a few shots from the left then right. After she’s done firing icicles she’ll try to slam you from above, resulting in her icy seat getting cracked; it’s this very seat that you need to shoot to chip away her health.

The trophy will unlock once all of the pilgrims have passed through the end-level gate safely.
