Here's a map I made in MSPaint:

You need to find all the whistles (circled in pink) to unlock all Charming Songs. At first I thought this would be story-related but I ended up spending ages looking for the Baffin whistle which I'd somehow missed on my first pass through the map.

Accreditation: this map is using the data from https://videogames.si.com/guides/flock-all-meadows-whistle-l... - I found their pictures a bit small and would've preferred everything on a single image file. I tried to make it colourblind friendly if you're wondering about the colour choices
