This is easily done with the Bewl Family. Recommend doing "Variety Is The Spice Of Life" achievement first then come back for this. Once you have collected all the Babbles to be able to hold up to 30 creatures; unfavorite all of your creatures and just collect as many Basking Bewls as you can(purple guys found all over the place) should unlock once all 30 slots are full of bewls.

I'd mention that you need to check your discard criteria is set to oldest and not duplicate, otherwise you could be getting rid of ones you need each time you pick a new one up.

I would suggest doing this achievement while you are collecting 15 (male) Crested Winnow's to attract the female.
Crested Winnow - Female
Charm around 15 (male) Crested Winnows and keep them in your Flock. Then go to the bowl at the top of the hill in the top right corner of the map. Once the male Crested Winnows have entered the bowl, the female Crested Winnow will appear. If she doesn’t, collect more males and bring them back.
Also, I agree do "Variety Is The Spice Of Life" first since you'll have far more variety beforehand.
