Easiest sprug for this is probably the parasol sprug that can be found in numerous groups around the mushroom forest - they’ll fly up & away once you come along, but as long as you press a to charm fast enough they’re not too difficult. You can also utilise the feeders in the area too

You’ll need to charm around 40-50 sprugs to become an expert
