Without having played any levels, it is possible to unlock this achievement. I created a new profile to test this. Loaded the game for the first time and went to level editor. Edited a level to have enough land to take the mother flocker. As I had only just started the game, I couldn't add any animals. However, I could still test the level. Once the level starts, you get an "abduction complete". Click "Y" to launch and "complete" the level (as WhineyRabbit first pointed out. Completing the level is the key I was missing. Once the level is complete, go back to the level editor and change the setting to multiplayer. Again, test the level and add a second controller. As soon as the level launches, you get the abduction complete. Again press "Y" to launch and complete the level. The achievement should then unlock. Phew...all that for 5g ;)

Not sure why you don't have the achievement yet then? Anyway just wanted to let you know, I just did this in less than 1 min. Worked like a charm. As a note, the multiplayer settings they are talking about are under change game type, just select twin beams and then if will prompt you to insert a second controller when you go to test level.

Go to level editor and create one single player level(just place one thing down and save) and one multiplayer level(same thing but make sure to press start and edit it to have twin/split beams).
