This will be one of the last couple achievements you'll unlock when going for 100% completion.
I unlocked this achievement with four 25g cards (100g total) remaining in the shop, so it would seem there are around 1100g worth of cards to be unlocked in the shop altogether. By this point, I had completed 100% of the campaign objectives and 17/24 of the challenge maps.
No way to speed the process up unfortunately, just play through the campaign and challenge maps and you'll get there eventually.
