Save this for last, working on all the other trophies will progress you in this one.
If, by the time you have all the other trophies, this one hasn't popped, you're probably pretty close. Just play the city level over and over again until you get it. Note that there are parts of the level which take up time but don't give you many flowers - just don't bother doing them. Specifically, you don't need to raise the buildings. Get rid of the metal that's laying on the ground in the paths and collect all the flowers that they bring up, then just go to the next section.

Just as it says; bloom 10,000 flowers. The trophy will be awarded after completing a stage. Stage six has the most flowers, so play that one again and again.
