In the third level (Pink flower) after activating any windmills, fly through the windmills seven times for the Trophy.

In stage three, the pink flower on the far left in the main room, after activating the windmills simply move into the air and allow yourself to be caught in the wind and blown through them.

You need to fly on the level with the mills through the blades of the seven mills after they are activated.
