Familiarize yourself with the steps before attempting to finish the level in under 5 seconds. Once you are confident that you can complete the level in that time, restart it and quickly follow the steps. Avoid pressing the keys very quickly as the game may not recognize all presses. Just find a fast enough but constant rhythm and you will get this achievement.

I would recommend using the D-Pad for this these racing levels, as you have more control over your movements.
Furthermore, there can be some input lag, so you cannot just spam all of the movements at once.
Do note that the timer for this achievement starts as soon as the level begins, not after your first move, so as soon as you begin, you'll need to start moving.
