These two can easily be boosted in a private multiplayer match with a friend. Just host a new match in multiplayer and choose invite only. Then just alternate with going for the 25 kills. It should be easy to get 25 kills as you have a target that is not avoiding your fire.

If not boosted , it needs to be done in 1 MP match. At least for me it unlocked after getting 5 kills in 1 match. I already got some kills in other matches but they did not seem to count.
