Select Free Flight
Scroll down through the Allied planes until you see the SC-1 "Seahawk" and select it.
Select Phi Phi Islands from the Select Location Screen
Set the Duration to Unlimited
Once the game loads, gently glide down to the water then decrease power. You are trying to land on the central pontoon under the plane. If you turn and one of the wing floats hit the water you'll explode.
Once you have landed, power down the engine with
. You should head dolphins squeaking shortly after. Simply wait as the sealife rotates between dolphin, sperm whale and Orca (killer whale). The Achievement will pop when you see the sperm whale surface.
