For this I went to Sanctia and picked a fight with practice dummy(scarecrow). Start in air with down + X. Then hit X. Then one final X. You'll know when your doing it right as Flynn will make out the moves shown in the skill tree. It popped for me while in Sanctia.

I got this when fighting Rozia with the claws in the Desolate Woods. I was basically spamming jump and punches, and got it without even trying.

Just to add that you need to first purchase the Plummet, Plummet Follow-Up and Plummet Finisher moves from Loretta before you can get this.

You have to buy the plummet attack, plummet follow up and plummet finisher from Loretta, then go to a dummy, jump, push the analog stick down and smash the x button 3 times.
