Bax is the chubby looking kid you see that is sneezing. You need to find him in 4 different levels and talk to him.
Locations
Cardinal Island - Wildedge Grove
On player path. Keep progressing through the level past the beehive area until you reach some houses. Bax is stood in front of them.
Rustwood - Desolate Woods
To the immediate right of you at the beginning of the level.
Mistral Peak - Clearcrest Springs
I think Clearcrest springs is the only sneaky one. Keep walking right from the start, go past the statue and hidden off screen you will find him. The camera will move to show them.
Shivering Spire - Grand Archives
Just keep walking right from the level entrance and you will eventually arrive at Bax. He's just beyond the purple floating books.
Achievement pops once you find and speak to all 4.
Note - A couple of people have reported issues with this unlocking on time which backs up the suggestion that it needs to be done in one session.

Has to be in one play session, if you back out to main menu or close the game you need to visit every spot again.

If that's the case it's not a big deal I guess. You can probably knock this out in under 5 minutes if you had to go back and revisit.
