Not all leagues have Manager of the Month awards. I have found that they are not awarded in the Danish Premier Division or the Dutch Eredivisie, but Manager of the Season is (the Dutch Eredivisie has two MOTS awards).
You don't have to win the top award for it to count, just place in the top 3, like all other awards.

Just simply do the above achievement ten times. Remember, league games are the only games that count. Can't get on holiday.
