The easiest way to do this is to just manage any big team (Manchester United, Chelsea, Barcelona, etc) and save after every game you win or draw. If you're still struggling and want it even easier then take control of your opponent's team prior to kick-off, put out the worst team you can with everyone as high up the field as possible and watch yourself score about 30 goals per match.
