First of the 3 tough achievements which get progressively harder. You only have to stay in charge of the club for 5 years, but this can be a task if you are not fulfilling the boards and especially the fans requirements. Do that and you should be alright reaching this first milestone at a club. For more details on these, see "20 Seasons At One Club".

Pretty straightforward really BUT, which is the reason I'm writing this, you CAN NOT use an international team.
I found out this mistake personally. I used Brazil and put in on holiday mode whilst I slept. I came back 20 in game years later and I hadn't unlocked it, however, when I then done this with a Premiership team it unlocked perfectly so just to let you know that this can ONLY be done with a domestic team, not international.
This is the same for all the achievements (5 seasons, 10 seasons and 20 seasons).
