You need to score an unbelievable goal for this. This is another random achievement that you will eventually get. Wayne Rooney seems to score a good amount of these, so it might be worth trying to sign him or starting a career at Manchester United.

For this achievement i found the easiest way, a little like above, but my way is at the end of the season before the goal of the season is declared you take over manager over as many teams possible in your league and just put them on holiday and then continue the calender until the goal of the season is declared and you have control of nearly every team so you should easily have the goalscorer in one of your teams and the achievement will pop up for you.
My reason for only taken over at end of the season rather than player above has was because i played the game properly for a bit.

OK ive just come up with a massive save for FM06 this so far has worked on a few achievments.
Here is what you do!
start a new game english leauge.
one it has loaded add 16 player managers i chose lots of random teams.
Tottenham, Man City, Man Utd, Etc take as many big clubs as possible i chose a few championship teams just for the heck of it.
then the time consuming bit.
Put all managers in manager holiday mode i set them all to come back on 31st dec 2010 thats 5 seasons.
turn on tv and come back some time later.
so far its know to unlock
