Fairly easy, a world class striker should get one a season in all honesty. Just play them in the cup games against the poorer teams domestically and in Europe and the achievement should be yours. By the way, a hat trick is three goals in a match ;) And they must be competitive games.

This is very hard to attain legit, although that can be made easier by arranging a friendly with a extremely lowly ranked team and altering that tactics (playmaker, target men) and formation (play one up front ideally).
For the non-legit option, take control of the opposition team and put as many goalkeepers outfield as possible and put a striker in goal and then sort by value (in team selection) and put the presumably worst players in the rest of the slots. Change formation manually so that all the players are in the bottom right corner and then on your original team do as above (playmaker, target men, formation etc) and play the game and it should unlock.
Example: I done this with Chelsea against Sunderland in a Premiership match which I won 25 - 0. I played my custom 5-4-1 formation with Fernando Torres up front on his own and him set as both playmaker and target man and watched him score 15 of the 25 goals.
There we go, choose between either the legit option or not.
