Not a hard achievement to come by just not a quick one. I had a bad season as Arsenal boss coming about 8th in the Premier league and ended up with two players in the team of the year. If you pick a good team to start with i.e. Chelsea or Man United and play the whole season without getting sacked or coming too low in the league then you should at least get one player into the team of the year.
