How to unlock the Undefeated Season achievement in Football Manager 2006 - Definitive Guide

Start up a new save in the Australian League. It has the least teams and least matches as far as I'm aware.

It doesn't really matter who you decide to manage, I chose Sydney FC. Then create a new manager and take control of one of the other teams, Go to their tactics and move all players as far up the field as possible, except the goalkeeper. Then go on holiday indefinitely and make sure you check the boxes for "use current match tactics".
Do this for every other team in the league.

Save you game, then go on holiday for your main team for about a month. When you come back, check the fixtures and make sure you haven't been beaten in any of your matches, it will be very unlikely but can happen. If you have been beaten exit the game and load up your save file again.

Keep progressing until the league is over, remembering to check back every now and then to make sure you're still unbeaten.

You only have to stay unbeaten in the league, the cup and Asian Champions league do not matter. Once the league is over, you should get you achievement.

Just save before playing each match. If you lose, just load up the save and try again.

I did this first time with the Juventus team, and only added Tuncay Sanli as a squad player. Simple really, don't lose a match. Save every so often just in case if you feel more comfortable. Just play a 4-4-2 with Emerson, Viera, Nedved in the midfield and they provide a good balance. You can rotate the fourth midfielder, Del Piero can have a good season if you don't over usae him. The strikers and defence speak for themselves.
