For this, you will need to win 5 different cup competitions. These include the domestic cups in any league, the European cups, any of the smaller cups (i.e the league cup) and can be across numerous saves.

A really easy achievement to achieve, the five cup competitions dont need to be for the same club as its 5 different trophies throughout your career, and not 5 of the same trophy.
So its easiest to do a league like the premier league where you'll have the league, fa cup and league cup, as well as champions league/europe.
So theres 4 trophies you could win already, you could either join another club but no point as you have achievement where you have to stay at the club for many seasons.
To get a fifth trophy you can just wait to get an international job and win the world cup or european championship.
And once you've gained five different trophies the achievement will pop up.
(I'll try and find out as can't remember as its been so long but you might beable to have a team in one league and one in another and if you win five different trophies between them with it being the same game might count)

If you win the Premier League and/or the FA Cup, you will be entered in for the Community Shield, this is another option for the 5th trophy.

I've now won (with 1 club) the Premier League, FA cup, League Cup, Charity Shield, Euro Cup, Champions Cup, Super Cup and World Club cup... No achievement. Any ideas?
