To obtain this achievement in the quickest way possible, follow these steps:
- Find a boosting partner.
- Create an Xbox Live League with two teams.
- Invite your friend.
- Pick to manage a decent team.
- Have your friend pick a lower league team.
- Once the game has loaded (not the actual match), both go on holiday indefinitely.
- The match(es) will be simulated, and the best team usually wins.

Any chance you remember more in detail on how to go on holiday? These menus are horrible and confusing. Have a boosting partner and we both are clueless. Lol

Press Lb and go to manager and from there you can click “go on holiday”

Simply win an XBox Live League for this. Just set it to one match, no home and away, two teams and you should have this after winning just the one game.
