The quickest and easiest way to do this is select Brazil as your team.
Go on holiday for the duration of a couple of seasons (sorry can't remember exactly how many) and with a bit of luck you will get it.
Or you could save after every win, which will take alot longer than doing the easy method twice through.

You must win the local championships with an international team first (European Championships, Copa America, etc) or host the competition to gain entry to it. Then you must win it. I did this with England. But Brazil are also a good shout.

Very easy achievement, the two easy ways of doing this is wait until the Confederations cup starts and take over all the top teams like Brazil, and then put all of them on holiday and let the tournament play through and one of your clubs should win the tournament since you basically control all the teams.
Second way but takes a little longer but just as easy is to just control Brazil and Argentina and play through the tournament as you should easily win it with one of those two teams, but saving before each game just incase you lose.
Same time you could just control Brazil and then take over whoever your opposition is and place their squad players out of position to give your team an easy win, and then next game do the same thing and the tournament is easily won.
