As simple as the description says, just win the top domestic cup, such as the FA Cup in the English league, NOT the League Cup. If you are having problems, simply save before a match and then reload if you fail. But you seriously should win this achievement legit if you are good enough to get the rest of the difficult achievements.

The easiest way to get this is to start as manager of either Chelsea or Manchester United in the English Premier League. For those of you unaware the top domestic cup in England is the FA Cup, which is a knock-out competition. Save before every cup match and if you lose then reload your game and play/simulate it again, by playing as either of those teams you'll have the best chance of winning the cup as they're the best teams in England.
