You will need a bit of luck with this one, but if you manage to hammer a team you should get most of your starting 11 in the team of the week. Winning 5-0 or better should do the trick and try not to concede any goals.

just need to have a really good win, 5-0 or more helps with as many different goalscorers as poss. and ending wiht high match ratings 9+. you will get it in time, or you can add new manager, put them in charge of the team ur against, give them a crap formation then destroy them 13-0.
