doesn't really need too much explanation, just go to search for a player press rt, make and offer, and then when the contract is agreed, you can confirm the deal and thenyou will be 1g richer!

Holly crap this game is soooo confusing, it's not that simple, you have to continue and go to the next day at the very least for the achievement to finally unlock.
