If you are looking to do this quite quickly, use the following leagues.
- Australia (A League)
- Iceland First and Second Tier
- Hong Kong
- India
Create a new save for each league and take control of all the managers in the league. Send everyone on holiday indefinitely, and one on holiday for the date of the last fixture.
If you also want to unlock the 5 top league wins, then swap Iceland second for Ireland.
This solution is only if you want to win the particular achievement quickly, for UHH, Leap Frog or GTASC etc.
If you just playing this game and are not needing it immediately, focusing on the other achievements will unlock this eventually.
