Now to unlock this achievement obviously you need to win a Continental Cup, however this is slightly misleading as it needs to be the TOP Continental Cup for the continent.
On the assumption that most people choose a European team this means that you must win the Champions League. If you win the Europa Cup instead you WILL NOT unlock this achievement (as I have just found out).

This has to be done in the top continental competition for example the Champions League in Europe. Make sure you have a strong team and save regularly. Also the away goals rule plays a big part, so try and keep a clean sheet at home games. IMPORTANT - You must play every game you cannot just take a team over in the final.
