If your going for all the achievements then you'll get this one whilst doing the Promotion Challenge achievements. I unlocked this whilst doing the Brazilian Promotion Challenge with Bahia in my first season.

If your going for the Promotion Challenges then these are the best teams to do it with, for each country.

Brazil - Bahia
Spain - Rayo Vallacano
Italy - Sassari Torres, Reggiana or Cantanzaro
France - Laval
Scotland - Dumbarton or Berwick
England - Sutton United

The English Promotion Challenge is by far the hardest promotion challenge to do and there isn't really a team that is far above the rest, but Sutton United will give you the least trouble. Also, for the Scottish Promtion Challenge you could also use Queens Park as they have a large stadium capacity so you will get alot of income from gate receipts.

If your having a lot of trouble, which you will do at some time and most probably with the English challenge and the last leason in Italy, then you can always press start and add new user and then add a new manager to the club you are next facing in the league. Then just go to the reserves team and under nineteen team and promote all the goalkeepers to the first team squad and choose the match team so that all the outfield players (or as many as are possible) are goalkeepers, then put a striker in goal and fill up the rest of the outfield slots with the worst players. Now watch your team win by miles and get the three points. Whilst your there you can bid extortionate amounts of money for your players, for example bid £1.5m for a player worth £2k.
