Not all competitions have the Manager of the Month awards. The only ones I know of are the Brittish leagues.
At the first of every month this award is given to the coach that has won the most matches that month. So if you win every match, you should get the award most of the time (if another coach wins the same amount of matches, they will usually win it though). If you win most of your matches this achievement should take you around 2 seasons.
