This requires league games and cup games ( I think European games also work), not friendlies.
There's a few ways to do this, firstly you can save scum. Save after each game, if you lose reload.
You can also take over you opponents with a new manager that week. Put all their players on the wings and a striker in goal, you should win every game easily.
Also if you pick a team in a league with few competitors this may come naturally, e.g Celtic Rangers.
I managed to pop this with Newcastle and only had to save scum once, so it's very doable.
