The easiest way to do this is to check your fixtures to see who you are playing next, and then select 'add manager' and take control of your next opponents. Now, change their formation to put all their players as deep in their own half as you can. When it's time for the match, put as many goalkeepers into outfield positions as you can, fill the rest of the spots with youth team players and make sure they are out of position (eg- put a striker as the right back, etc) especially any players with a yellow 'INJ' beside their name as they will tire very quickly. And set the tactics to defensive and turn off 'counter attack' Now as your team put out your best 11 and play the match. If you win and have not conceded a goal, save your game, resign the opposition manager, check your fixtures, and take control of your next opponents and repeat. Also bear in mind only league matches count, pre-season friendlies and cup matches DO NOT count towards your 5.
