Football Manager 2008

This can be useful for a lot of the other Football manager achievements as well. Pick a team to play as and then choose the option of adding a manager before you play any games. To start off with pick big teams like Man U, Liverpool, Chelsea etc and buy all of the rubbish players on your team for a large amount of money. Then retire as managers of the big teams. For each game add a manager and get him to managa the team you are playing. In the match get the manager of the team you want to beat put a striker in goal and then you should win easily repeat this for all the games of the season and as long as you win most of your games and most of the possible trophies you will get manager of the year.

One of the fastest ways to earn this is probably in Australia, since they actually gives out two MOTY-awards/season. One for the Australian league, and one for Asia.

Another plus is that the season is short in Australia. About 30 games/season including all games in national competitions. You even don't have to win the Asian Champions League to get the Asian MOTY.

Just remember to not be on holiday when the awards are awarded:

Asia: January 1st
Australia: In february. Day after Grand Final of the Competitions.
