This is probably the easiest achievement in the game, and can be done within three ingame days:
1. Start a game with a big club in a high reputation league. England is probably best because there are many nigerian players there. So pick either Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United or Chelsea.
2. Nigeria is already without a manager at the start of the game, so visit the nation and apply (push Right Trigger)
3. Three days later you will get a call if you got the job or not.
4. You don't have to take the job, you already get the achievement when the job is offered.
Notes:
I started the game in June, with Liverpool, Norwegian nationality and England, Spain and Italy as countries. But as long as Nigeria is available you should get the job if you're controlling a major club.
Anyway if you don't want to control either Nigeria or a major club just start a new game after the achievement.

To do this based on actual reputation within the game, with one of the bigger nations is a lot harder. Not only do seldom managers get the boot from their teams, but your nationality and continental/worldwide efforts is all that matters.
Just be on your toes right after every international competion, mainly the World Cup, European Championship or the Copa America, and someone will get the boot.
The European Championships are every four years starting in 2008.
The World Cup is every four years starting in 2010
The first Copa America in the game is in 2011.
