This is one of them achievements that you will not have to do anything special to gain. If when you start up the game you pick a relatively big club, or even if you don't, by the end of the first 10 matches you will have played a game without conceding a goal. The only reson for this not to happen would be that you play ridiculously bad tactics. You cannot get the achievement by playing in a friendly game it has to be a league or cup game.
