Okay, as for some other achievements - trying to do this without help may take a long time (I popped 5 years with one club before this and managed to go from Blue Square Premier to Championship in that time, which means a lot of wins, so...)
The less than spirit-of-the-game method is as follows. Take your normal team, and insert a new user for their next opponent, who ideally should be a better side on paper. Weaken your team (put a non-goalie in goal, overload the wings a bit) and get the other team up three to five goals at the half [two young strikers decided to try and put the team on their back, which meant in my game the score was 7-3 at the half.
Then, sabotage the opponent team - sub their keeper out, put all the players on the side, as high up the field as possible, and in reverse order of aptitude (defender at the front, striker in defense).
This got me to 25-8 at full time, so you won't risk not getting the achievement. I also recommend setting match speed to highest, highlights to fastest and only text.
