This has to be done in competitive matches during the season, so it won't count if you get it in friendly matches unfortunately.
You can get this in online matches though, so the easiest way to get this achievement is to play against a friend and let him pick a very weak team. You should get this pretty fast that way. (if you still have trouble, let him put his attackers in defence and change the goalkeeper as well, you should be able to get around 20 goals in a match that way)
