Got this one accidently when I took over Chelsea in December of the first season with a new manager. Drogba got the award and it popped. I'd suggest taking over Man U, Barcelona, Milan, Liverpool, Arsenal , Madrid and Juventus to cover most bases. It should pop unless a player from a different club gets it.
