Right basically go team, search players, change the settings to out of contract and offer them a contract. You will see what the player wants at the top offer them that and they will accept.

This is an achievement that is difficult to miss. You have multiple options:
1. Sign an out-of-contract player. Change the Player Search settings to 'Expired' contracts only. *
2. Sign a player from another club. *
3. Play either of the Fantasy Draft game modes on xbox live.
* It is also useful to change the Player Search to filter out unrealistic targets. You must have an Assistant Manager to do this.
