How to unlock the Win an Xbox LIVE Cup achievement in Football Manager 2008 - Definitive Guide

The quickest way to unlock this achievement:
1. Find a boosting partner
2. Create a Player Cup match for 2 teams (Private slots not necessary, but no harm in doing so).
3. Invite your friend.
4. Both picks teams. Team selections should be aimed at who wants to win.
5. Start game
6. Once the loading screens are over, both go on holiday indefinitely
7. Start a new game and swap roles with your boosting partner
