The quickest way to unlock this achievement:

1. Find a boosting partner
2. Create a Player Fantasy Draft Cup match for 2 teams (Private slots not necessary, but no harm in doing so).
3. Invite your friend.
4. Both picks teams. This is irrelevant in Fantasy Draft games, seeing as you both have a selection of players to choose from.
5. Start game
6. Once the loading screens are over, both go on holiday indefinitely
7. Start a new game and swap roles with your boosting partner. You may want to fix the result the second time by separating the good and bad players between the two teams, but this is not necessary.
