The first thing you need to do to get this achievement is wait a couple of years in game because the first year that there is a World Cup is 2010. When Summer 2010 comes around you need to select a team, I would suggest Spain but any of the big teams will be beneficial. I did it with England but Spain seem to be awesome on the game. You have to pick your team before the World Cup begins. You cannot just wait for the final and pick the best team, if you do this you will not get the achievement. If you have trouble winning your games you can save the game beforehand and then if you lose go back to the main menu and load it again. You can do this as many times as you need to and it will not affect the achievement.
