take a club who is expected to finish near the bottom of the league, to win every trophy possible
with the editor - i found this easy in the iceland league, only 12 teams, 22 games, pick IBV who are predicted to finish bottom, move players or max stats and freeze attributes. go on holiday for 2 seasons and you should of won the lot, i got my achievement near the end of 2nd season
without the editor this may take a little longer - i imagine no matter which lower team you pick you're going to have to work wonders with hardly any resources if you looking to win trophies. maybe suggest picking a lesser team in one of the major leagues who have a half decent budget so you can improve the team as much as you can, save as you go and reload if you lose.

I took charged of Magni in Icelands 1st divison. Using editor, I then moved all the best players (Messi, Ronaldo etc) to my club. It was much easier and quicker then messing around editing player stats. I then went on hoilday and after my teams 8th match in league, achievement unlocked. It took about 5 minutes to set up, and 5 minutes on hoilday to unlock achievement.
