start new career unemployed
set favourite team to billericay (lowest league, vanarama south)
set coaching badges level to continental pro license
set past playing experience to international global level

once game has loaded
add new manager for billericay
resign

declare interest in job and you'll be questioned by the media, pick the top answer
wait a few days
apply for job

progress your game and you'll receive an interview offer in your inbox

1st question - top answer
2nd - top answer
3rd - top answer
4th - middle answer
5th - middle answer
6th - bottom answer

progress the game and you should have an approach from the club, achievement is yours

The editor can help here. If already have a saved gam were youre not employed at your favoritentem you can use editor to make the club a top fan of you/liking you. Make yourself top famous/known worldwide Save game. Kick existing manager. Send interest and hope they are willing to talk to you. If they hire another manger just kick him to and try again. If not start a ned game unemployed, kick manager and show interest at job. Maybe change favorite club.
On fm19 i was playing in bottom league in england and did this and got the job at man utd.
Save before saying yes ti the job so you can reload and continue your career.
