This can ne earned naturally, but if youre want to get this follow this trick.
Before playing a match: add new manager to your game. Let him take the job to the club youre playing against. At managing team switch players and move them to each side of the pitch. This will make the opponent score goal easly. Set up the opponent team normal tactic and players. Play game. You want to let them score to goals. When youre under to goals. Change the tactic back and switch players back to their positions. Dont be to offensive with both teams. Let it go to half time. Now you want to change tactict and switch players to the team you play against. Hopefully you score 3 or more goals.

Edit: save game before match. Use both GK,DF and the worst players on the losing team.
