Two methods for this, one involves buying the Editor from the downloads option in the menu, the other involves a lot of save reloading.
The Editor Method
1) Download the editor from the Downloads menu on the title screen (Will be fairly cheap)
2) Choose a league where there aren't many games played (I choose Iceland) and pick any club you like in the top division
3) Once in the game go to the squad section and sort your players by position (you don't have to, it just saves a little bit of time at first)
4) Select your first player (should be a GK), then click the small pen icon next to the globe in the top right of the screen (FM In-Game Editor) and select "Start Editing"
5) Change all the attributes to 20
6) Select the Editor Menu again, this time choosing "Edit Player Attribute Details", then change everything in the "General" tab to 20, except for "Controversy", "Dirtiness", and "Injury Proneness" (Set these to 1). You can change anything else you like, but this is all that's needed.
7) Open up the Editor Menu again and select "Freeze Attributes", then open the Editor Menu again and select "Export Attribute Template" and save it.
8) Next to the players name in the top left are two arrows, hit the down one to go to the next player. If this is a GK, read on, if not, skip to step 10
9) On the new GK, open the Editor Menu and select "Import Attribute Template" and choose the one of the GK you've already done. Then re-open the menu and select "Freeze Attributes" again. Continue this until your GK's are complete.
10) Once you get to the outfield players, you'll need to repeat steps 4-7 again, as outfielders have slightly different stats to GK's. Once they're all edited, you have an unbeatable team who will win every single game they play.
The Save Reloading Method
1) Choose a league where there aren't many games played (I choose Iceland) and pick any club you like in the top division.
2) Play though the season normally, making saves as you require, to ensure you win the league every year. Winning the cups will also prove useful. I save before every game, but it's up to you how often you do so.
Additional Notes:
If you wish to speed this up, set your staff to handle all responsibilities, though this means players may be bought/sold without your input, meaning you'll have to edit new players attributes once or twice a season.
To further speed the game up, select the FM Menu, then Preferences > Advanced > Processing > Continue Game Timeout > Instant.
There is also a skin you can download called Wannachup FM20 Instant Result. You can download this and place it into the following location: Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2020 > Gamepass > skins. This will add a button to the match screen to simulate the result of the game, avoiding you going on holiday to do so. This helps massively in the Save Reloading Method.
