now this one is gonna take you the longest, keep in mind you will need to actually play the matches in order to receive merit for the wins as manager, same applies to manager of the month awards.

here are some tips to speed up the process

- save as little as possible, if you have a good enough squad this shouldn't be a problem
- in preferences, set continue game timeout to instant
- delegate all responsibilities to other staff, staff > responsibilities

with these settings you shouldn't have much maintenance to do. you'll have some instances occasionally where you will have deal with certain issues only you can handle even though you've delegated everything, these include issues with players brought to you by the chairman, squad registrations, etc, which shouldn't take up to much of your time.

another option is going on holiday in-between games, I used this a lot before going for these types of achievements in previous games but I didn't find it that great in this game. If you have continue game timeout set to instant, you will find the game processing a lot quicker, it speeds through without having to read all your inbox and no need to press or click anything and before you know it you will arrive at team selection for your next fixture.

EDIT: I would suggest looking into shorter leagues in order to finish seasons quicker so you can get these awards quicker, but remember this is only achievable on 1 save. if you have already started a save with multiple awards, think about if its worth starting a new one.
