With editor:
Start a new season with a team in the Icelandic league. Select a player and edit all of their stats to 20, with the exception of injury proneness and controversy which you should set to 1. Click the editor icon and click 'freeze attributes'. This will stop their stats decreasing throughout the season. Then click on the editor icon again and select 'export attribute template' and save a template. You can then quickly scroll through all the players of the team and apply the template by clicking 'import attribute template' while making sure that you freeze their attributes. Note that you will need a separate template for outfield players and goalkeepers.
Then click on yourself and use the editor to make yourself unsackable. You can then simply go on holiday until you've played 30 games. You should find that the team doesn't concede a single goal as they're so dominant but it may be worth saving every 10 games or so just in case.
Without editor:
Again, I'd stick with one of the better teams in the Icelandic league as the competition is low and you do not have to worry about continental football. This is a bit more tedious but you can make a separate save before each game and reload if you concede a goal. You can also start in the second division in Iceland to stack this with:
