Football Manager 2020

took me a while to get the hang of this one, heres my method:

create new draft
select league competition
allow anyone to join
2 matches against each team
1 minute drafts

after you've created your club, you'll come to a screen where you can add managers. in the bottom right hit add manager > add AI club and add 3 AI clubs and begin draft.

after you've completed the draft selections and the game has loaded, hit the home button at the top and go on holiday indefinitely. after a little time it will start saving the game automatically, as soon as it finishes saving, return from holiday.

after returning from holiday you will come back to a similar screen to earlier where you can add managers or invite friends. after inviting any of your friends, the achievement should pop.
